Get Acquainted Interview
We like to meet with you a few days before commencement of services to get to know you and your pets. We will ask many questions about your pets to learn about their daily routine and habits, and interact with them as much as possible.

At the interview we will ask you to show us the location of your pets food, favorite toys, and leashes. We will also need to discuss the operation of alarm systems, and the location of cleaning products – just in case there are any accidents.

Service Contract
At the interview we will also complete a service contract. Please have the following details ready:

Date and time that you are leaving town and returning.
Emergency contact numbers where you can be reached. Phone numbers of friends or relatives who can be contacted in an emergency or who have access to the home.
Alarm codes and alarm company contact details
Contact numbers of cleaning or pool service companies that will visit the home during your absence.
Regular vets name and contact details
Medical history of pets
Vaccination Records
Set of house keys

Reservations
In order to offer the highest quality service to all our clients, we need to have advance reservations when possible. Short notice reservations will be accepted if space is available. We understand that last minute travel is sometimes unavoidable and do try to accommodate our clients whenever an emergency arises or business travel is involved.

Please book early for major holidays as many of our clients travel over long weekends, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. While we try to plan ahead for these busy periods, our resources are limited.


Daily Logs
Each time that we visit your pets we will leave a log of what occurred, your pets behavior, and anything unusual we may notice that we feel is of concern. Our clients love reading these little notes to find out how their pets behave while they are away, and they are assured that their pet received the best of care during their absence.
